I couldn’t believe the speed of these results! I’d had a weakened sense of smell over a few months, then failing to notice that the cat had peed in the bed made me decide to get a C-19 antibody test! I didn’t expect results the very next day after posting the test kit off. The test was straightforward, included everything needed and the instructions very clear. My blood didn’t come out very easily but I can’t fault Better2Know for that!

Super service! Initially, I was thinking If all the procedure with PCR tests, is on time etc. Finally, I found myself more than excited! Very friendly staff and supportive as well! Lines opened 24/7. I called them many times, and they helped me a lot, all the times. Definitely, I will use their service again. Important note: Please, order in plenty of time, read the directions for how to collect the sample carefully and ask the staff If you have any question, before you take the sample. At the end, be sure that you post the sample only on a priority postbox and that you do it on the correct day, before your flight (sample taking+post). Ask the staff for the correct day and give them, your flight date and time. Also, you can update the details of your flight, passport number, etc. on your relative account. Have in your mind that this time of the year, the Royal Mail is very busy. You will find help by them, for sure!

Overall a good experience. I ordered a test on Monday and I received the test on Tuesday the next day. I sent it back on Wednesday evening and yeah Royal mail has some delays but luckily the test arrived back to the lab on Saturday morning and I received the results and Fit to Fly Certificate on Saturday evening. My flight was initially scheduled for Monday. Louise replied to my emails as well. Unfortunately the new restrictions taken on Saturday evening cause that my KLM flight get cancelled on Monday and at the end I could not use the certificate :(

We have used Better2know as a family many times now. We have also recommended them to friends. It is shocking to see some poor reviews below. I have ALWAYS had excellent support on the phone. When we email Louise Wright sends back a personalised response virtually by return (does she ever sleep??!!). Our test kits were sent out rapidly, always received the following day as promised. The results are always prompt, on one occasion literally by return. On one occasion we posted late afternoon instead of by 12. This caused a further day to be added to the turn around reponse time but the feedback and support was always available to tell us what was going on. So far they have never let us down and we are incredibly grateful at this very stressful time to have such a reliable service with outstanding support systems with REAL PEOPLE who are constantly ready to give you the advise and answers you need. KEEP IT UP BETTER2KNOW!! We really admire your efforts and do not want to see any negative reviews!!

Excellent. Great service that was efficient, friendly and professional. The pathology report and Fit to Fly certificate were delivered exactly when they were supposed to be - which was great as a few days before Xmas was not ideal to be doing this but I was in very good hands. Highly recommend this service.

Great experience overall with the Fit to Fly Certificate Test. The test kit was delivered to me the day after I placed the order, and taking the test and sending back to the lab was easy enough. Great that you can specify the time-window in which you need the results: I received the outcome and the certificate right the day before my flight was due. Also, costumer assistance was very helpful as I called a couple of times to ask for instructions and always found them available

Having used this company twice in 3 months I only have hugely positive feedback. Both times it was a 72 hour window and this time we had ordered kits from another company at least a week before it was needed we didn't receive the kit until after our window. Had a feeling about it so ordered from Better 2Knowon the Tuesday before our Monday flight and as usual they came through kits next day results within the time frame and passport numbers on the certificate thank you so much for making two holidays possible in this uncertain time
