Better2KnowReviews of better2know.com

I had a great experience with Better2Know. Ordered Covid PCR test online, received within two days, I called to ask when I should take the test and send it back in in reference to my departure date. They went above and beyond explaining all aspects. Customer service via email and phone was faultless. Sample was analysed, I received my test results in perfect time as I only had a 48 hour window from test analysis to arrival in Germany. Thank you, I will definitely be using your services again.

Geat service - friendly and very supportive team, excellent timing. My special, huge thanks for Louise Wright. Definitely recommend.

Brilliant I loved thank you so much

I booked a test & release at home COVID PCR test so I could shorten my post-travel self-isolation. I'm so impressed by this service: the test arrived at 11am on day 5 of my isolation, and I got the results the next morning!! I went for the 48h option, so I was thrilled with this unexpectedly fast turn-around. I did opt to courier my sample to the lab, as it's not expensive and I didn't want to risk the post-holiday Royal Mail busy-ness delaying my results. Highly recommend!

I can’t fault our experience with this company. Our PCR Covid tests arrived the next day and the results were similarly extremely fast. They have a call centre open 24 hours a day. I called them a few times with questions about the process, conformity of the test to international requirements and impact of Christmas. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly. Our Fit to Fly certificates were professional and we were waved through at departures. Big relief.

In this time of uncertainties and confusion, I'm very thankful of the reliable customer service of better2know. I had a miserable experience with another home covid kit and learned my lesson to inquire their logistics and operating times of their laboratories during the holidays before purchasing the PCR Covid kit for my flight to LA. Their website's chat feature was helpful and was available 24/7. Once I received the kit, Louise has been pro-active and responsive thru emails. I mailed it thru the Royal Mail and it was necessary to be aware of the priority postboxes and their collection times. I flew with BA and they accepted my fit to fly certificate. Satisfied customer here.

PCR swab test fit to fly - amazing service. The bad reviews below need to get real, seriously! All instructions are on the website and clearly stated on the instructions in the box. The process couldn't be simpler and easier to use given all the current circumstances! We ordered 2 Covid tests which arrived Wednesday 11am, we sent them back (using a Royal Mail Priority postbox as instructed) that afternoon and the tests were delivered to the lab early the next morning (Thursday). My boyfriend got his result the following day (Friday) around 1pm as his flight was Sat morning. I got my results Saturday morning for my flight on Sunday. This shows they do take the flight details into consideration for prioritising people, as we sent them off at the same time. We were worried as the timing for his flight was cutting it fine within the 48hr window, but his results came back within 30 hrs of delivery to the lab! This was all done on probably the worst week of the year in terms of Christmas post backlog and 2 bank holidays within 1 week! All emails were responded to promptly and politely. Overall a great service, thank you.

Excellent service for the COVID 19 PCR home test! I ordered the PCR test online and it arrived the following day. The instructions were very clear and the self testing process was easy. I contacted Better2Know several times over consecutive days and they were quick to respond to my queries. As my test was scheduled over the Christmas period, there were many unknown factors for delivery and testing. However, I was reassured throughout the whole process. I received my test results on time and my flight schedule was taken into account. I would definitely recommend this service and will use the company again in the near future. Thank you for your professionalism and communication!
