I found that staff were very helpful in booking the test and communication was great in terms of updating me on my test . When it arrived and when am likely to get the results. Also giving me options to give feedback. One of the staff Louise was very helpful in updating me and giving me options to ask questions in regards to my test.

I needed to get a Fit to Fly certificate by showing a negative Covid test. They sent a home test kit to me by mail 24hrs after I ordered. I sent straight back and they emailed the negative results within a few hours of receiving. I was able to use the certificate to fly. Great experience.
