Excellent service 24 hour priority is perfect for my requirements. Excellent communication regarding when to send sample with my situation requirements with test dates and connecting flights. Second time I've used this service and is my go2 when needing fit to fly for upcoming business trips. 10 out of 10.

I used better2know to have a COVID19 test for travel. The airlines have very particular specifications for the certificate and Louise Wright from better2know adapted the certificate to exactly meet my requirements and replied to emails within minutes. Could't have hoped for better service.
