I have had a great experience with better2know, I was skeptical at first because you don't get any informatioj unless you register, but it was all worth it; as everything becomes clear and easy afterwards.

I have used better2know several times over the past few months for PCR tests and on every occasion I have had great customer service ( thank you Louise !!) and speedy response for the lab. Also during Xmas they were very explicit about the postal service constraints and delay risks - all the information is always transparent and accurate. Will continue to use their service when needed.

All together it was a very good experience. Louise was very helpful and prompt to answer all questions. Thank you Louise. The logistic regarding the test was easy and efficient. My certificate arrived in good time.
