Excellent, efficient and helpful service. I accidently ordered the kit without the fit to fly certificate (make sure you know which is which!) and upon calling to ask if I could add it on, I had it in my email inbox along with the pathology report in a matter of hours. The helpline is open 24/7 to call and email and kept me updated throughout. Can't recommend them enough, total lifesavers!
