I currently work in the UK, and I return to France once a month, and without Better2Know it wouldn't be so easy. I order 3 tests per month, the double test at 2 and 8 days that I order online and receive directly at the hotel, and a test to return to France. I admit that the first time I was very sorry, but when I received my 1st, everything was well explained and it was super easy to use. and in case of doubt or concerns there is always someone to meet my expectations. thank you better2Know.

I ordered 2 & 8 day tests, which both arrived on time. Everything seemed well organised and the instructions were clear. I received the day 2 results within 48 hours of the test reaching the lab (including a Sunday) and the day 8 results within 24 hours. Overall very satisfied.

Louise at Better2Know has been amazing, we got helpful emails as soon as we booked with all of our details and arrived home to find our day 2 test in the mailbox. There were clear instructions and the test results were published well within 48 hours of when we sent them off. I was desperate to get our test to release results and they were really considerate of that, whilst remaining professional at all times. Their systems are easy to navigate - you couldn't want more really.

Having ordered a whileback I was a little concerned that there maybe an issue, but the whole thing ran like clockwork for me, did not have to call them as everything arrived on time and the results thankfully were negative - will be using again!

The service was about a covid fit to fly certificate. I received the test the next day with full detailed instructions. Fast replies in the emails. Certificate received well on time with all the details required. Highly recommended!
