Luckily I found my way to trust pilot and ended up choosing better2know. The tests arrived as scheduled, day 2 test sent in on day 1 and results were added with email confirmation sent to notify me. Had a minor mix up which was handled quickly. Overall hassle free service and the price is low in comparison to other top services. Those who are worried about not receiving their results, after speaking with track and trace when they called, they confirmed that if your results are not back by day 10 you can end your quarantine. You can double check this when they call you during quarantine. Wish you well.

I have recently used Better2know for covid tests in UK. I bought the package of day 2, day 5 TTR and day 8 before leaving France. I found Better2know to be very helpful, with all stages of the procedure explained fully and clearly. They were also very helpful with any queries by email or phone and replied promptly. All good. Does what it says on the tin! The passenger locator form required booking reference number was emailed and received immediately on order completion. Both tests arrived same day as my arrival. Test is both throat and nostril using the same swab. Place swab in vile and apply the supplied sticky label with patient details. Enter date and time on the included test form and place everything in the sealed bag, kitbox and the supplied addressed envelope. Drop in any priority post box and you can track delivery to the lab by next morning. They emailed notification of results online within 24 hours of processing the sample. All easy and no issues. Great service at reasonable cost. Would recommend and use again if needed.

I found Better 2 Know on the UK Gov website for Day 2 Day 8 COVID test service providers. Booking and paying for the test kits were easy. The test kits arrived at our quarantine location on the day we arrived back in the UK. The test kits came complete with checklist for each which should be read before you seal your kit. The results for each test came back within 24 hours of arriving at the lab, much earlier than the stated 48 hours which was really impressive. Many of my colleagues who were also returning to the UK for vacation colleagues had used other COVID test providers and were not so satisfied but I can honestly say the service from B2K was excellent. The team were really proactive, keeping me informed at key stages in the process. Returning the samples are also trackable on the Royal Mail website / app, so you can see when the samples arrive at the lab. I'm recommending the service to all my colleagues

I purchased my 2 and 8 day kit coming back from Amber Country. I was pleasently surprised with turnaround time. My second day test took not even 24 hours to reach lab (prepaid envelop included in kit) and my result didn't take 24 hours. I had the same experience with my 8 day test. Knowing what I know now (quick turnaround and how good they are) I am only dispointed I didn't purchase my 5 day to release test also in a pack. I would highly recommend doing so. I had fantastic updates from Louise who kept me up to date on every step. Really fantastic service

I found Better2Know to provide a very efficient service. I wished to have my Covid antibodies tested and they sent everything in an efficient and timely manner. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to include a tourniquet in the test at home blood sampling kit. Anyway, I got my results securely and quickly. Would definitely recommend this service.
