I booked in for a specific screen that covered 6 tests, when I was booking on their website it showed the package and what it tests it covers. After making the booking at a local clinic the tests changed and didn’t cover what I originally intended. I found that they do not send the samples to their own laboratory and you’re basically paying a premium to book through them at whatever clinic you choose. I contacted their helpline and emailed them, having to wait a long time for a reply due to being in Australia and apparently they operate in the UK. I received a reply which they called me by a different name and said that this was what I booked and basically would have to pay another hefty price to carry out the test at another clinic. They are just a money grabbing 3rd party without any care for customer service

Scammers. I paid for the full panel, waited for 2 weeks to get my results and when it came they said the result was ‘inconclusive’ and I needed to test again and PAY for the second test.

This company is built on overcharging people for a service that is unnecessary, and sometimes free. Fifteen minutes after making an appointment, I called to cancel. I was refused cancelation and refund because I agreed to the terms and conditions. The very nasty receptionist was less than helpful. It's a scam, streer clear.

Complete wrong quotations on the website with insanely inflated prices. Original quote was 4000 HKD (~500 USD) and when I wrote an email to them, they quote me 8000 HKD (1000 USD), and they just say website pricing is corrected. I checked with several local clinics and hospitals and even they only quoted 800 HKD to 1200 HKD. Fairly sure it's a scam. I would not trust them.

Awful service and no results- exorbitant pricing and false statements. I paid hundreds of dollars for a test my doctor could do for free as a rush service. Here I am 6 days later (on a 3 day test) ad still no results. Also I had an "appointment" for the test. I arrive and no appointment at all, its a turn up and wait service. BLANTANTLY misleading in all their statements. Do yourself a favour and save your money and go to your doctor.

A full well man screening was paid for 290 euros. A blood test and a urine sample was taken. I was told to go home all was finished. No pulse was taken no blood pressure reading and no heart beat listened to. NO DOCTOR WAS PRESENT. This was daylight robbery. The clinic had no booking for me. I had fortunately taken my tablet with confirmation of my appointment. I am 86 have lived in Spain 23 years and have never had such a upsetting, miserable experience.

Very poor service all round, from start to finish, I had to chase results numerous times and when I did eventually receive them there was very little proper clinical information and inadequate to use by clinicians and doctors, so I had to start again with the NHS service. Don't waste your money and time on this company. Support was also only 1 Star and just pumped out the usual company standard responses. Probably AI driven. Beware as it's your health that is at risk if you use this company.
