Don’t often leave reviews but Better2Know deserves a good one. They have never let me down and the only time I had a problem it was because Royal Mail was slow. I’ve seen other people on here criticising them using Royal mail but come on, how else can they get the kits to you? if you want a special courier they will do it (I asked) but that will cost you a lot. Better2Know strike the right balance and they are friendly and helpful too.

Booked my day 2 and 8 test before I left Birmingham. The tests were waiting for me when I got home, the tests were easy to take and I had my results on day 4 and day 10. Could not ask for a better service. I'd highly recommend Better2Know.

The service is fast, efficient and has some of the best customer service I've experienced. Any questions I have had were responded to within 24 hours and with a polite yet professional manner. The process is discrete with easy to follow instructions sent straight to you personally. I would highly recommend using their service if you ever need clarity on what is happening with your own body, the value of this service is beyond what I expected.

Reccomend the express service to any company. I'm contracted for four flights a month, two fixed wing, two helicopter. Often flights are issued late but the B2K service still keeps up. I've used this fit to fly service on and off for about a year now. Testing from the house to avoid UK government track and trace pings testing outside. Online forms are quick, results are super fast. Access to certs, analysis with stamps in .pdf format etc... is 24hrs online via secure PIN/password for each analysis. Instructions are clear and consise. I would advise talking to B2K on current sample holding times and postal delays if travelling from the UK on multiple flights. They keep abreast of UK postal delays also. They are certainly well set-up to handle current demand and have good integrity. This is a fully staffed 24hr, on-call service with good customer relationship management and excellent in-call customer interpretation skills. All operators are up to American service standards regarding customer interactions. They have access to all relevant customer data with a secure PIN and password based system for each individual test. The only better company I have dealt with is AMEX who likely subcontract the services of companies like B2K. Nevertheless the service is very similar to AMEX and the small B2K team always goes the extra mile. A 'going the extra mile' upgrade that could be reccommend is for B2K to check priority post boxes on the phone for their customers.

Covid PCR tests and results arrived on time. Website works well for tracking results. Phone number was answered quickly and staff were helpful. Prices were reasonable relative to other offers.
