I Booked to have some tests done via Better2know and the initial booking i couldnt make due to unforseen circumstances. the rebooking was effortless and they accommodated me on the very same day i requested. to my sheer surprise by 7:17 AM the next morning Louise had sent me notification the results were in. this is the quickest service i have ever had and Louise responded at all times to my emails and was totally accomodating. Louise Wright is a true asset to your company and i fully recommend using this service 10/10!

The Better2Know team are consistently excellent. I have used them many times for both the PCR travel test and the Day 2 & Day 8 arrival testing. On every occasion, the test kits arrive swiftly, the returns systems is easy, and their turnaround time for results is exceptional. Above that, they have 24/7 customer support line which is always answered within a couple of rings and the team there are exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and resolve with a query quickly and effectively. The better2know is a excellent example of customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I use this company every time as they have a streamlined service without any flaws. They are competitive and supportive. I would recommend to use them especially for travel certificate (PCR) as it’s a eady service to use for essential work travel into Africa.
