I wanted to check for COVID antibodies after vaccination. Bought tests from 2 companies in parallel. Cheap Roche one from Better2know and more expensive from London Medical Lab. Better2know showed no antibodies whatsoever. The other company showed a decent level as expected from having side effects. Asked for money back for wrong results (providing the evidence of another test). Rejected without explanation. They can tell you whatever but how can you trust the paperwork they send back to you?!

Paid £99 for an std test. Results were supposed to come back in 5 working days. Left waiting ages for results and had no communication/updates from them. I had to call them twice and still received no results. Dreadful customer service and clearly rubbish testing facilities.

If I could give minus 5 stars I would. This company promises a turnaround time and doesn't deliver. I got my test results way after I arrived in the US. My husband's were at the lab and he got after our travel date. They refuse to refund. We had to pay another company at the last minute to do our CV test.

Non-timely performance of tests. Unreliable information on company's terms and conditions. Inexplainable delays in answering queries and resolving problems. Non existent complaints policy on website or in terms&conditions. No ADR or ombudsman. When a customer sends a complaint email instead of investigating issue in good faith, the company replies with unfounded recriminations against the customer. Currently applying for legal resolution.

I booked a test with premium for a test with better2know. I was promised result within 3 hrs and been charged 125 pound for a 19 pound test. I needed for occupational heath. I havent recieved the result after 20 hrs, when i contacted them again. the executive taking the call says i cant do anything. I spoke with the lab and they are also helpless and saying we will try to do but not sure. They cheated at the time of taking payment and stepped back at the time of giving results. Addendum: I was contacted by your team, they gave the results but then i realise that i have been conveyed wrong information by your executive at the time of booking. I asked for particular count for occupation health and the result i recieve is completely differnent. Lab saying its what we have been asked and better2know team doesnt have nay clue. I tried reaching out the customer care and i was been told every time that i will be contacted back. Solving the issue doesnt mean providing results of whatever you have.

Paid £250 for two standard COVID-19 PCR tests. We posted them on December 19th and the tracking confirmed they arrived at the lab on the 20th. It is now January 10th and we have yet to receive our test results. I have rung the Better 2 Know number multiple times to try and get an update. The first time I was told that someone would email me and no one did. I tried ringing again last week and after being on hold for 45 minutes, concerningly I was somehow put through to another customer who started telling me about his health issues thinking I was a customer service agent! (Not very secure). I eventually got hold of someone who was able to contact the results team, only to be told that the lab hadn’t even started processing our test kits yet. Given we sent the test kits 3 weeks ago and still no results I requested a refund and was directed to email Louise, who has not replied to either of my emails. If you need a COVID test avoid this company as there’s no guarantee you’ll get your results. UPDATE: Someone from the customer service department rang me on Monday and I have now received a full refund as our test kits would by now be far too old to process. They told me they would also look into the issue where I got connected to another customer on their phone line. I was told the reason for the delay was that Royal Mail never delivered our tests, despite the post tracking saying ‘delivered’, so I’m not sure I buy this. Whether or not the kits were delivered, this doesn’t really excuse it taking 3 emails, a poor review and several phone calls to get a response/ refund, although they did apologise for this.

AVOID. Paid £245 for a pcr COVID test with 24hr results. Results only just returned (over a week late). Customer service utterly useless and not reasonable at all. So disappointed with their service.

Dear contact person who does not respond to three emails sent. Tomorrow will be the twentieth day since I posted the test sample back to Better2Know. No email in response to my emails to you or receipt of the email that should say test result has been posted. PENDING, after 20 days is disgraceful. Where are the results or any communication from Better2Know to let me know? Audrey I was not happy with the response from better2Know. I was clear Better2Know in my opinion knowingly sent out more tests than there was capacity for processing to return results in the time frame advertised (24 -72 hours) and consequently a management/logistics responsibility for your own chaos and then there is the unbelievable rudeness to not just me but many clients. TOo greedy and disgusting for any more words.
