DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Appalling service. Had to book two sets of tests because my flight was delayed by 1 day and they would not update my details. Took 4 days to get the results from Day 2. Did not receive my day 8 test and they are claiming it was sent along with my day 2 test which is not true. Used Concepto clinic for my test and release which was a far superior experience.

Not a good experience. Bought my day 2/day 8 tests, plus test to release and, for my flight back to Spain, fit to fly test. Somehow the arrival date was incorrect and no amount of pleading or evidence of my flight could rectify it. This meant that an additional day was added to my quarantine and test to release. They send the test the day before you have to take it, so even after the test to release has been taken and sent, you still have to be at the quarantine address to receive and take the mandatory day 8 test. Accessing the results is ponderous and involves locating PIN numbers and passwords on the original emails ( different for each test) then accessing a website to get the results. With three tests this proves somewhat tortuous. During my stay in the UK the Spanish premier announced the ending of PCR tests for UK visitors to Spain so I returned my fit to fly test for a refund. Having spent c£350 with them, they still charged me a £50 admin fee!!!! for the returned test.

Got my positive Covid Antibody test result impressively quickly! Problem was that all I could understand of the unintelligible result narrative was the word "Positive". The result is gobbledygook to a layman NOT customer-friendly plain English. I emailed for help in understanding what the numbers and jargon in the result actually meant ...I got a prompt reply but it wasn't an answer to any of the questions I'd asked A numerical test with the numbers unexplained is not very informative. Disappointing The co's response below is unimpressive. I know I have anti bodies and I know how I got them! The test result I was sent was in unintelligible jargon (eg" Result>2500.0U/mL") and unexplained mathematical symbols The numbers were difficult to understand and interpret. I did not expect to need a Drs appointment - which I presume costs extra - to understand the results I was sent of the test I'd bought.

Used for the day 2 and day 8 testing ( in April) after coming back to the UK. Day 2 test results arrived on the 6th day and day 8 test results were recieved after my 16th day. Thankfully I didnt buy the test and release Would not use again. Poor service and slow response.

COMPLETE AND UTTER DISGRACE - NEVER USE! I paid for a 'Peace of Mind' test and was told the results would come within 48 hours - and paid 170e for this.... Then they changed their mind and told me I would get the results in 7 working days instead!!! It is now TWO WEEKS LATER and they still have not responded. I emailed a complaint to no avail, and they promised I would get a 'sped up test result'. However all false promises. It is like throwing away your money - just wait until you get home to get tested.

Don't use them. Go elsewhere, I ordered day 2 and day8 tests kits. Kit's are arrived on the day not before or anything else. Also no results after weeks. As return post label is a cheap one not a guaranteed ones. I sent back the samples and it never reached the facility on time, it was about more than week. I want my money back. Edit: Actually day to 2 test can be done from day 0 to day 2. Secondly still it's a joke. Last 2 weeks no results. 😅🙃

Didn’t deliver COVID-19 test on time, but clearly had the right terms and conditions ready not to issue a refund. Pure money making as far as I am concerned

Well things started very well. We booked our days 2 and 8 covid tests online and immediately got the confirmation emails etc. Then our flight was cancelled and we had to change to the next day. This is where Better2know completely lost the plot. Firstly they said that they didn't have a booking for my partner even though we had the email confirmation. Then they told me we had to cancel and re-book (ok if that's the rule that's the rule) and promised to immediately send a cancellation email to confirm which they never did. Finally when I called them again they struggled to figure out what was going on and just left me on hold...when they eventually came back on the line (with no real answer) they then refused to let me speak to the manager on duty. Like so many companies buying something is the easy part but when you really need them to do something for you they fail big time. I strongly suggest avoiding this company.
