Update 29th July 2026 Hey guys Word of warning Stay away from betco.ag I won $29.8k usd there on live roulette. I had it on Authority from their management it was okay to use a VPN earlier in the year. Recently I played without a vpn and won around $15k kept it in my balance then proceeded to play pragmatic play using a VPN as it wasnt allowed in my location, I hit on one spin $14.9k and got my balance up to $29.8k usd. Tried to withdraw, they kept me on hold for weeks to tell me the software provider was carrying out a review of my win, I think it was an excuse by Betco.ag to try void my winnings anyway they can. I should have at least got half of my winning if not all won fairly. They completely depleted my balance and now ignoring emails and live chat for me. I guess its a learning curve. Posted on a few of the casino forums too. --------------------------- Update 10th July 2026 So management finally came.on to live chat and After I was repeatedly told by Betco managment in the past when their systems were going through major updates to use a VPN previously to access their live casino providers. They are saying my last action gameplay where I won a bit of my winnings of the $29.8k are invalid because I was using a VPN. They will call me in due course to discuss a resolution. Absolutely livid here and disgusted at this. Betco's Manager who i will not name at the moment is the one who repeatedly told me to use a VPN to access the same provider where I won a bit of my money. I will see what they come back with a resolution for this and update shortly. -------------------------- Update 8th July 2026 Still no response back to my emails and live chat just keep saying no updates. Absolutely atrocious considering im a VIP. Still no closer to getting my winnings withdrawn. Will continue to update. -------------------------------- Update 06th July 2026 Still no word or explanation from management. Account is still under review and my withdrawal has still not been processed at all. Will post more updates shortly. ----------------------------- Update 2nd July 2026. I have now been advised by Betco.ag the below: "As we have advised by the management, your account is currently undergoing a routine review by our software providers. Once the review is complete, our Upper Management team will contact you with the final update. We appreciate your patience and understanding." This is a joke, Ive been playing here for nearly 2 years and never had a review before. Feel like they just dont want to payout my winnings. I will post further updates soon... ---------------------------- I have played at Betco.ag for nearly 2 years with fast deposit and payput on wins. However.... I have won $29.8k at betco.ag and they wont payout. I won this amount over last week and the weekend. My balance reflects this. There was no bonus used. Previous withdrawals usually take around a few hours to process and recieve. However I've had this withdrawal submitted longer than 36 hours ago with nothing being processed. The CS live chat is useless. They dont know anything and cant even get a straight answer for me whats going on. I emailed in and no reply back to my complaint. Nobody tells me whats going on with the withdrawal, I've been left completely in the dark. No supervisor ever available to speak to escalate. Feel like I've been blindsided. They are quick at taking my money but when it comes to this withdrawal they are not telling me anything. Subsequently I presume not by accident ive been blocked from playing any games. When I now try click a game it doesnt load anything up just stuck on same page. Betco you have been good up until now and this experience with my big win has been poor and with no answers back from your teams left me with no choice but to leave this review. If my withdrawal is processed today, im more than happy to remove or edit my review or remove it.

Do not deposit any money unless you don’t want it back. This company is awful. They gave me 100 free dollars to bet but the catch is you have to bet it 10x to be able to cash out just 100 dollars and anything more will be forfeited. Support did say they would make a deal to let me keep the amount over the 100 if I deposited the same amount lol… on top of that if you don’t use your free bets within 15 days they simply will delete them from your account claiming the automated system will delete any bonus you let sit idle. Don’t be silly, use literally any other Sportsbook in the world because this one flat out sucks. They all have better bonuses, better platforms and better terms and conditions (or lack thereof). Don’t waste your time on this one.

I made a $20 deposit in bitcoin. Cannot play any game when I go to make a withdrawl it won’t allow anything under $50 I’ve clicked on every game possible and it all says error. The live help is a joke no one answers so I wrote two emails asking for assistance. I want my money refunded as quickly as it was deposited. This is ridiculous
