Big Dollar CasinoReviews of betbigdollar.com

Defiantly a scam. DO NOT accept a bonus. Your money will be wrapped up in betting requirements that are impossible to achieve. The blackjack algorithm is suspicious to say the least. They don’t even have responsible gaming.

Furious with this site. I won a few months ago and I was surprised to be paid out very smoothly. As a result, I played more often, and spent more money there. But yesterday I got my balance up to $999 but it said I can’t withdraw. On asking customer service, I was told that since it was tied to a free game promotion that I could only cash out my $999 for $25 and if I won using that $25, I could only cash out a maximum of $100. I am so angry right now. I spent hours building up a $999 balance, fully expecting to withdraw it. Customer service told me everything is in their terms and conditions, but the ongoing balance on my account had no asterisks or indications that I had a phantom worthless balance. *** Edit to respond to BBD’s reply below. I would have taken $100 and been disappointed, but not furious. I assure you, when I contacted customer support, the maximum cash value of my winnings was as stated above. There was no mention in any way of a $100 cash out value.

This site is an absolute joke. It's been excuse after excuse as to why my $100 Bitcoin withdrawal has been taking so long. I can only imagine what they'd do if it were a large amount of money. Please stay as far away as you can. Literally any other site has to be better than this garbage.

I won a lump sum of $2030. How will they provide me with a w2? I asked them and they had no clue what I was talking about? Can someone help or do they not report to the IRS?

This place is a total scam. They owe me 12k and all you ever get is a run around.

Biggest peace of shit scam ever! The free spins that are emailed to you daily. They make it so when a deposit is made the play thru requirement eats up all of your deposit and if you win there is no chance of ever cashing out. Total scam! The site locked up in a bonus round and the online tech All of a sudden became retarded. Couldn’t get me my bonus remaining spins! At $4 a spin shit I’m missing $100+ they made a thing up to where I requested a refund! Lol it only takes 21 business days to get that refund! What a bunch of shit! These are scum bags. Not player friendly not any kind of friendly

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM FCK big dollar! The only legit reviews on here are the one star ones. Wayyyyy too many hoops to jump through to get verified ( never happened for me ). I tried to have them send a verification email about 6 times within the span of ten minutes so I could withdraw $200. When it didn’t appear in my inbox, I decided I would play a bonus. Little did I know that in order to withdraw ANY money after I started the bonus, I would need to lose that entire bonus first. Problem is, the bonus gets pulled AFTER my actual earned money and in order to get rid of $35.20, it said I needed to spend over $1400!!!! And it doesn’t pull dollar for dollar. If I bet and lost $5, it would only count for about 15 cents.

Had to jump through hoops to get paid 160 bucs well I didn't get it cause they make you go through so much crap just to get verified I sent them pictures of myself my id's my bank cards with me in the picture which made no sense then they come back and say they need more pictures with me and my bank card and Id again and then say my bank isn't compliant which is a huge bank CHASE so I just used up the money and deleted everything screw BIGDOLLARCASINO worst gaming experience I've ever had trying to get 160 bucs lol they are a joke.
