From before even ordering, to finally receiving the clock, it was a great customer experience. Chris answered all questions quickly, was extremely helpful throughout. The shipping was fully trackable with regular updates and the Clock was packaged very well. The clock itself (Rolex Deepsea D-Blue Dial)is superb and surpassed all expectations in terms of quality, and the detail is exceptional. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service and the Clock that I have received from BestWallClock. Keep up the good work💯

Very very satisfied with the product, does not look cheap, works well, is exactly as expected. Shipping took 2 weeks for general shipping, which i do not mind, but don't believe the 2 days shipping promo.

I ordered a clock. It arrived on time and was well packaged. However, it clearly sustained an impact in transit as one of hands had becomer detached. I immediately sent an email, with pictures, showing the damage. A replacement was sent immediately. I received it today and all is well! I really appreciated the quick response and rectification. Would be happy to do business with them again.

From ordering the clock to delivery the process was straight forward and easy. I was able to track the clock from The Country of origin to my house. The clock is well made and delightful on the wall in my bedroom. I particularly love the sweeping second hand which is like a Rolex watch and the absence of ticking noise is welcome especially during night time
