I live in the the United States, Midwestern here. I purchased a clock and when it arrived - it looked great but didn't work. They were really good at responding to emails and didn't hesitate on replacing the clock. The new clock was shipped and it worked perfectly. I love stories that show obstacles, challenges that were overcome because life isn't perfect and mistakes happen. Do you stand by your product and provide good customer service? They certainly did. Thank you!!
