ORDERED SOMETHING 3 WEEKS AGO STILL NOT SHIPPED NOBODY ANSWERING EMAILS AND PHONES CALLS TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

I placed an order through their website on my PayPal account which is linked to my credit card. I never received the item, have left several voicemails, left several emails and no replies giving them an honest opportunity to make good on their business. This has not come to pass and will be reversing the charges and wanted to warn others this is not a good company.

I have bought two items from this site. First item, I didn't like at all. So, I wanted to warn people and give my opinion of the item. BUYER BEWARE. This site SANITIZES there customer reviews. Tried to post THREE (3) times a "one star" review. Each time I waited a WEEK between posts and EVERY TIME, the review is NEVER posted on their site. DO NOT TRUST all the stellar reviews, because there may be MANY more one star reviews that never get posted. LOOK at ANY item on their website. It either doesn't have any reviews OR it has 5 star reviews. You won't find not ONE negative review. That is because the site sanitizes ALL their negative reviews !!

Made an order, said it was shipped the next day. A week later with still no info on the tracking link provided to 17track I emailed them. They responded it was sent by two different packages and gave my two more links to now to USPS and another for DHL, both still state awaiting the package. The 1-2 day shipping time is a joke. I would suggest having them ship it first and when/if you receive it then make a payment.

I have ordered an item from Bestvibe.com it is in fact what I ordered and works a whole lot better than what I ordered from Amazon. the only issue I had with Bestvibe.com should have been charged to wintopay but instead got charged from another company called Alibaba.com which Bestvibe.com comfirmed that there are no association with them. I did however use a Chinese translator to message Bestvibe.com on how to pay for the item they sent me an email link to a PayPal then was able to pay the 58.99 that was owed to them. Their website may have been hijacked by another company called alibaba.com which was the only issue I had. it is finally resolved now

I ordered a product on november the 30th 2020. I just found out you click on account then then tracking order then leave a post they will get back quick. They were very nice🤛😁 I will get my order in a few days cause I only spend 30 they were nice enough to give me a coupon code that drop from 38 to 30. I now see tracking and my arrived date which is next week I will recommend to anyone. Also we are living with Coronavirus so all orders are delays anywhere you order It came today its dope bro!!wow no more spending on call girls is tight😍😍😍😍

I have recently ordered a product off this website for (95$) on (10/31/2020) but with coupons I got a discount in the checkout section, After making a purchase I have received an instant email confirmation which was a good thing since I have visited this website before and saw the negative reviews for this company on sources online.. Anyways after the email confirmation they sent me a digital receipt in my inbox so I saw every single detail of my purchase. On the website itself the only status for tracking it gives you is your order confirmation number and it tells you the status for your order and when you expect to receive it they don't give you any UPS tracking links when they should or numbers so you can't see the actual status of your order or where it's at, which was a bit concerning too me. A week after my purchase it's status then changed too "shipped" on (11/06/2020), but I had to wait an additional extra two weeks before anything actually happened and when I started getting worried about my order I had to contact customer service to get actual tracking info for my order customer service was great and they sent me the ups info and told me my package delivered on (11/18/2020), which it did ended up getting delivered and I was able too pick it up. At the end of the day I had too wait 3 weeks in order to pickup my package, Which was a bit surprising for me and worrisome because on the actual website it self the delivery info it gives you for packages to be delivered in the USA is (1-2) business days but it's shipping from a warehouse in China so it could take longer depending on your location, I just wish they were a bit more honest on the shipping info.. If you have a lot of patience then I would recommend this company if not then I would recommend to look somewhere else.

Never arrived
