Ordered and 10 days later still NOTHING. Certainly NOT 1-3 days delivery as stated on their website.
Ordered product on the 01/09/21. It is now the 10/09/21, and nothing showing on tracking etc. Bestvibe.com state 1-3 day's delivery, but sadly this is not true at all. I will have to open a case on Paypal and get a refund of the product. I should have read reviews on here first and that would have changed my mind about ordering from Bestvibe.com. I have warned you people!!!!

Good product. Extended shipping time with no explanation. Had I been informed the item was being shipped from outside the US, it would not have been an issue.

Worked for 2 days and died
Product order arrived on time and exactly what I ordered, however after 2 days of working perfectly it died, it would not power on, it is fully charged but just won’t turn on. Ordered the pea cannon masterbator. Great product worked very well, until it died for no reason. UPDATE….this company truly does value customer service, wrote in With my problem and they were quick rectify the situation!! Great company will order and recommend !! Thx again Doris!!

Overall pretty good experience ordering products. One of the toys failed within a few days so I am out $57 or so... (Mizz Zee Magic Air Pressure Suckin...) But I came back for more stuff... Wish I would have used the discount code a few minutes ago.... whoops.
