I had purchased a rather expensive item which broke and lost some important powered functions and stopped charging after a month, so I was quite disappointed. I emailed their service to inquire about warranty. Ailsa provided excellent customer service. She asked for a video demonstrating the issue which I was glad to provide to show it no longer charged. The item was already used so of course I would not expect a full refund but she offered great options and would accommodate any reasonable requests. A full replacement unit, or partial refund plus a handheld vibrating unit (this was my request to make up for the functions) which I chose to opt for as I didn't want to just throw out the first one as it's really high quality and lifelike and I don't want two. I was very happy with their compensation for the defective item. I would not hesitate to buy from Bestvibe again, or as a first time customer as the shipping is incredibly quick, great selection and especially the top tier and headache free customer service. I saw other reviews saying the same, and it is definitely true! Way better than the big box online stores.

It was quick, easy and my problems were taken care of!

They promised to re-ship a product if I filled out this form.

I recently purchased the CYRUS thrusting dildo. It has so many features and possibilities it’s sure to give you just what you need, every time. It’s powerful and warm, lifelike touch and appearance, I usually like a deeper penetration but Cyrus is pretty girthy and uses every inch to the fullest. I’m more than satisfied, I’m multi orgasmic!
