She was very helpful with this matter, in getting me assistance with my product and getting it corrected. Alisa, was very precise in her comments and question, and was so very helpful. The customer service department really worked hard to resolve my issue with this product,.which they did. And it was done in a timely manner. I had an totally unexpected issue with a valid coupon code that was invalidated because of the product being listed as a "SPECIAL PRODUCT", But after going through the process of explaining that this was never mentioned in the influencer video. The very patient and adroit customer service representatives. Although this kind of purchase was never supposed to be this much of a hassle. They were able to give me the discount, and I am looking forward to the purchase. Thanks again (thumbs up)
