Best vibe is not customer friendly

Best vibe is not customer friendly. My order came in defective and when I asked customer service for a return label or a physical address to return the defective product, they would not provide one. Unfortunately they do not have a customer phone number, and they respond by email with poorly translated instructions from a foreign country. I had to seek a refund through my bank. Horrible customer service. Don’t buy there or you can be left with a defective product and no way to get your money back from them. Reuben redelfs
