Klodiana was very thorough during the initial process of walking me through the different options available, what to expect from my onboarding call, and what to have ready. Ashley was very knowledgeable and helpful through the onboarding call. Took time to walk me through the dashboard step by step and making sure my info was correct

I’ve been very impressed with Best Version Media so far. Amanda helped me through the entire onboarding process and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. She did a great job walking me through everything and making sure I understood how all of the different pieces worked. I was recently assigned a new account manager, Robert, and he has been great as well. We had a really productive meeting, made some improvements, and put together a good plan moving forward. Overall, I’ve been very impressed with the professionalism, communication, and level of support from everyone I’ve worked with at BVM.
