I had been told that the reason our sales in certain neighborhoods were not high was because we were not advertising in their magazine. Homeowners only trust companies shown in their neighborhood magazines. I finally relented and tried for more than a year. It cost a great deal of money. And there were zero results. Not one new customer. I was told it can take a while. So I kept trying. Finally, I cancelled. That is when the harassment started. There was no way to stop advertising. I had signed a contract and that was all that mattered. I had given them plenty of notice. But they did not care. All they want is their money. They just keep calling, texting, emailing about getting their money. That is all. I fully expect them to take me to court next. Bring it on! But I wanted to at least warn other business owners about this company's tactics. DON"T TRUST THEM. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM.

This company derauds small businesses. They promised that they would advertise the business locally. Locals told us that they do not receive the magazine. It is a small village where Best Version Media failed to spread their publication. They only collect money from advertizers. Read their Google reviews! Theft and nothing else.

If you want to waste your money on ads, we are talking about 4-10 K per year, this is the best place to go. I hired this company to post ads, they promised good business flow, however after 9 months of fruitless ads in a local wealthy community,there are no results, no good exposure. Many customers who reside in five million dollar houses in the neighborhood told me that they do not receive the magazine. The advertisers promised that their magazine is delivered to every of 11,000 houses. This company utilises deceptive practices, aggressive sales techniques. The worst for a small or a large business!They steal your money.

We have had a very poor experience with BVM. Zero ROI, always trying to upsell, and honestly not a magazine I would read. When we wanted to end our contract, customer service would not respond to our inquiries. Buyer beware!

Our rep told us in the sales visit that "we should be prepared to invest in the advertising for 6 months before we begin to see any results, because we are trying to build brand awareness." Well, we are 3 months shy of completing our 3-year contract and to my knowledge, have not gotten a single customer from the many thousands of dollars we have paid. We met several times with the rep, and he changed his story, told us that he never promised us any actual customers, only "brand awareness." Who pays $550 - $700/month for 3 years for brand awareness? That is not what I was told in the sales meeting. They do not run Facebook or Google ads in any way that you can check the statistics they send you. For months we got a piece of paper with a HANDWRITTEN figure on it, saying that they did so many thousand impressions on Facebook and Google. Because they don't run those ads on OUR account - which would be the standard way to do this - there is no way to even know if what they claim is true. The contract is truly inviolable, and they pressure you to sign it on an ipad with teeny tiny print at the original meeting. IF you consider this company, make sure you get everything the rep says IN WRITING in the contract. Bus my best advice would be to stay far, far away. Our experience has been a bitter, bitter lesson in business mistakes and not trusting people who present themselves as Christians who want to help you. Replying to their response: Yes, the written agreement does not promise any return on investment. That's why I specified that the rep made VERBAL representations and advised anyone looking to do business with BVM to NOT BE SWAYED by what the rep SAYS. Ask yourself, why would any thinking person agree to a 3 year, non-breakable contract without any hope of return on investment? The contract is valid, the rep misrepresented what BVM could do for us.

A bunch of scam artists I fell a bit behind on payments as they were not bringing me business. I had a verbal agreement to pay what I could and I was paying them every 3 weeks or so. They refused to escalate me to a supervisor. Just excuse after excuse why no supervisor was available every time I called They claimed 500000 digital ads monthly yet refused to send me the Google statistics. Left messages. They never called back. Then they suddenly took me to collections. And now I'm stuck paying a bill monthly through collections for services I am not receiving. Avoid this company at all costs. I should have checked their reviews before I signed the contract. If I'd have done that I'd have seen that 23 percent of their reviews were 1 star rated. That's nearly 25% of their customers who were let down.
