Best service

I was unsure about this website at first so I did some googling and found out they had decent reviews so I gave it a shot. I was put into contact with a woman named Suzanne. She made sure I ordered the proper engine for my 2008 Saturn Astra. In came the mail within the week and I had it installed. The car has been back on the road and running smoothly ever since. No complaints here

It was a great experience working with Suzanne smith she was very attentive to my every question. It’s great to know that there are employees like Suzanne who go above and beyond to bring a smile to every costumer.

Thank you Best Use Auto Parts for the outstanding service and support. I received my 5.9L magnum engine in timely manner and looked well worth the money . Thank you Suzanne Smith for checking in every step of the way!

Had the transmission I needed. Called to confirmed it was the correct one, gave me consistent updates, and Sofia gave me confidence that it would arrive in good condition and in a timely manner. Would definitely order again.

Is my second buy front this people and like always they provide good parts and there customer service is on top thanks to sofia for keeping me inform of everything on this purchase

We ordered an engine from best use auto parts. Customer service was very polite and helpful. They were great with updating us about the shipping of the part by email as well as phone calls just to let us know what stage of the process it was in. It did take I think about three weeks to get it or so, but this was understandable being that this was such a large part. We had the engine shipped straight to the shop where we were having the car worked on. Our mechanic had no problem with the delivery. The mechanic also remarked on how clean the engine was. He got the engine installed in. The car has been running great for about a couple of weeks now without any issues.Overall I feel like we had a really good experience with this company, and I would feel comfortable ordering another part from them in the future. Suzanne Smith was our main contact person throughout this process and she was very polite and helpful.
