THIS IS A SCAM!!! If i could give it zero i would. Bought a lawnmower off the site end of July and still waiting for it. Been ringing the number on the website and sending emails also to the supposedly parcel carrier but no outcome.

Obviously a scam site and the business has been dissolved on companies house website. Unfortunately I didn't look at these reviews before I parted with my cash.

This company is a complete scam. you can not contact them and the phone numbers do not work. Have been waiting nearly a month for my item.

Avoid!!! Wish I saw the reviews here before placing an order. Complete scam and same problems as others have reported. Ordered an air fryer and despite paying for it, its not arrived. Fobbed off with apology email saying its delayed and that it would be delivered at a later date. 2 weeks have passed since the new date and still nothing. Company no longer replying to emails. Complete scam!

This is an illegal website. KITCHEN WORLD TOOLS is not connected to this scam website. The police are looking into this scam. Contact your bank and raise a case. Visa is now helping customers who didn't pay through Paypal or a credit card. You should get your money back even though you paid by Visa debit.

Waiting for hoover. No response. No answer for over a week. Pretty sure I've been scammed here. Otherwise they'd at least message and explain the delay. 150 quid down the drain!! YAYYY!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! I ordered an air-fryer from this site a month ago and despite being provided 3 different delivery dates I have received nothing! No methods of contact yield a response, none of the phone numbers listed on the site get picked up! I can't say for 100% this website is a scam but it's looking very likely and I cannot recommend staying clear enough!
