100percent scam ordered shark hoover in July never recieved and not responding to emails now. klarna still making me pay for this item. Even though they recommend them on there app

After recently losing my husband I ordered myself a Ninja air fryer as I am now only cooking for one and thought this would be the best and most economical way. However, since receiving an e mail on 4th August telling me the item had been dispatched I have neither received the air fryer, or indeed any correspondence whatsoever. I have paid in full for this item and would now just like to receive the money back. I have given them the opportunity to respond and will be contacting my bank to report this as fraud if I do not hear anything as I can ill afford to lose such a large amount of money.

Same as many other multiple reviews no goods delivered and Klarna just passing the buck. Klarna is just unhelpful and I'm being expected to pay the rest of the £120 for goods I haven't received.

If I could give negative stars I bloody would!!! I’ve purchased an AirFryer from this website as it came up as recommended on Klarna. I’ve used Klarna pay in 3 to buy it… this was in July!! No product but still taking my money!!!! Klarna is not helping either so it looks like I’m stuck :( if anyone know what to do or who owns this company please let me know!! Absolute SCAM!!!!!

Avoid this company this is 100% scam. Ordered a lawnmower for an elderly sick neighbour and never arrived. Kitchen World has no connection with this company. Payment was made by Barclays visa card and my neighbour has now been told by Barclays that he will not get his money back as seller has either changed name of the account or closed account. Seller doesn't reply to emails and the phone number listed does not work. These people are scum and the company is a scam. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Have to give one star, where non is deserved. Ordered an item that was never delivered. At least I could get my money back via the bank. They still appear on shopping websites, seem someone has keen interest in that.
