Best Selling Publisher is a full service book publishing company that has been working with authors for more than 10 years. We take a finished manuscript through editing, cover design, illustration, interior formatting, print setup, distribution setup and launch marketing, and we set up and manage the retailer listings so the author does not have to work inside publishing dashboards. We work with first time authors and previously published authors across fiction, non fiction, memoir, business books, children's books and poetry. Editing runs from proofreading through copy editing, line editing and developmental editing. Illustration and editing are done by people, not by AI tools.Authors keep everything. Rights transfer in full to the author, including illustrations and cover art. Authors keep 100 percent of royalties, can reuse their characters in later books, and Best Selling Publisher is never named as the owner on the copyright page. There is no fixed template. Trim size, page count and binding are chosen for the individual book. Revision rounds are not counted, and work continues until the author is happy with the book.

Please don't use these scammers. They took over 1500.00 of my money last year. I fought with my banks to get repair. I have a publisher now and my first book is published with a real publisher that didn't call me phone daily soliciting me and sending me emails. I have asked them to stop contacting me and they continue. I will report them one way or another for harassment and frauudenlt business purposes.

Warning Against BEST SELLING PUBLISHER company
Title: Warning Against BEST SELLING PUBLISHER company
I had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with [Publishing Company Name]. Our nonprofit organization engaged their services for publishing a children's book, and unfortunately, I feel scammed out of over $1,000.
It's been nearly a year since we first initiated our project, and I find them completely unreachable. I have tried multiple times to contact them, but I never get an answer. Communication was already lacking from the beginning, with promises made during our initial discussions that were never fulfilled. The quality of work we eventually received did not meet the expectations set, leaving us with a product that is far from what was promised.
What's particularly concerning is the lack of transparency in their financial dealings. We felt misled regarding the costs involved, and when I attempted to seek clarification, I received little accountability. This has not only strained our budget but has also jeopardized our ability to effectively serve our community.
I strongly advise potential clients to proceed with caution when considering BEST SELLING PUBLISHER company. My experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I hope others can avoid the same mistakes we made. If you’re looking for a reliable publisher, please research thoroughly and consider other options before making a commitment.

Best Selling Publishers are denying…
Best Selling Publishers are denying they ever did business with me; they are not being honest. Well, I would expect that from them. A very unscrubbilish company: i worked with a DAVIN LOBO for the first few months without much production before he was fired by BSP. He reported to me that he was ill and i gave him the time he needed, but after the 10th or 12th or 20th missed appointment or promise, i was upset that he couldn’t tell me he was too sick to work or maybe that BSP didn’t replace him; instead they fired him. A JASON BROWN called a week or two later and tried to cover for the delay of Davin. JASON BROWN of BSP did actually do some good but produced work that wouldn’t sell because of their ridiculous statements like ‘the FBI asking the family of the murder victim to gather evidence on the killers.’ If that wasn’t ridiculous enough, they actually had the FBI provide the camera and recording equipment to the victim’s family members!!! Tell me does that if sounds like a real situation or a professional agency would place the victim’s family members in harms way and give them surveillance equipment!! There were many other bad scenes.
So, it figures that they are LIARS on top of being a low quality organization by saying they don’t know me. Ask for JASON BROWN.
Again, they cost me a grand and a lose of 6 months of production time. But, all I can do is tell you of what happened to me. It’s up to you to jump in bed with these ineffective publishers.

P.S. Here is a portion of one of many texts I sent them…
Jason,
I understand that this is not the normal project for you or me. I have never had such a difficult time with any project. Now, this is a large piece of work, so I could understand some confusion and difficulties. There seems to be a lack attention to detail and an insincere concern for the work.
1). The protagonist is NATALIA, not Natalie. Natalia is for her Polish heretiage that I didn't include much in this version, but it will be part of the series.
2). Page 66: The boys (Troy and friends) are too obvious at the treeline on the overlooking cliff? Especially, with there being a deputy present at the site and while there is an active murder investigation. It is not logical to be so blatant in their disregard. Then, you can see Troy's smirk while he is on an overhanging cliff and treeline?
3). Page 80: I asked about this last time.... Near the bottom of page 80, Pastor Haze Boldman, "insists" on "dinner today." The the last few lines of the page, it states, "the following night." When is dinner for? today or the next day?
4). page 87: One of the cops say, "what happened to your brother was an accident." Why? Is that like getting run over by a trucker so he could press his suit? I'm sorry, but this isn't a story I find believable.
5)Page 92: Natalie (NATALIA) "made a bold call to the FBI." Ok, but then on that call, she gets "handed" equipment! While on the phone? Again, am I missing some subtle language play? But, it goes on into more of a unbelievable narrative, when a police department is telling a victim's family member to go and do an undercover investigation of the potential murders?
**Jason, what is going on here?
6). Page 93; it continues when Natalie (NATALIA) tells Leon in the present tense that, "I'm going to call the FBI." Wasn't that just done. and again, the FBI tells her to gather evidence on the potential murders and plus, no FBI I've ever heard of "give tools,' like cassette recorders or cameras to victim's family members. I surely never imagined the FBI to give the victim's family the equipment to investigate the potential murders!
7). Page 97-98: And finally, The pictures snapped by Natalia showing the "various indiscretions" were Melodie sitting on the lap of an upperclassmen in the middle of a party? That doesn't seem to be "leverage' when everyone at the party already saw. Ok, maybe the parents, but this is very tame.
Jason,
While I appreciate your timely responses, I can't help but feel you lack any real interest in this project. Please do the last couple of chapters and let us wrap up our business. If you don't want to do this job with aplomb and top shelf effort, please let's not torture each other.
Regards,
Tony Emmi

Hidden Fees and Terrible Service
My experience was terrible. My agreement clearly stated no hidden fees or additional charges for my publishing needs. After nine weeks of waiting for them to provide illustrations and having to get them to correct the same errors multiple times, they would not publish my book on Amazon unless I paid them additional fees. Luckily, I had negotiated progress payments with them since I was initially skeptical of their sales pitch. So I was able to terminate the agreement with minimal financial impact.

Awful Experience
I am a real person whose work can be verified on amazon and other sites. This company is a scam. I paid for editing and publishing agreements with them. They did not uphold their end of the agreements. When I tried to resolve the issues I uncovered a great deal of irregularities. I have since completed my editing and self-published on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. You can find my title, "Your Father's Forgotten Heroes" to verify. Take note, none of the other reviewers on trust pilot can be verified anywhere. Please save yourself the heartache, time, and find a company with a BBB rating. They asked for more detail so this review would get deleted.
