Update on Aug 15, 2024 I checked that your order was delivered on Aug 6, 2024 by FedEx. As a seller, we also hope the shipping is fast. We can not control the shipment when the package is in FedEx. Update on July 30, 2024 Hi, This is Andy, manager from BestRealDoll. We apologize for your inconvenience. 1. First, After the product was confirmed wrong, we sent you a pre-paid return shipping label at the first time. And you claimed you returned the package according to the tracking info. 2. We need to receive the returned package, and then we can start the refund process, which is the standard process for the orders. But unfortunately, our warehouse never received the returned package. But you didn't believe us, though we have provided you with the conversation proof with our warehouse. We checked with our warehouse about your returned package at least 8 times on different days. But our warehouse never received the returned package. (We have sent all the above screenshots proof to you by email) 3. After a long time, we started the refund process though we still haven't received the returned package. The refund on our system failed, as you filed a dispute in PayPal. We have sent at least 8 emails to you to contact you but never got a response from you after that. 5. Finally, PayPal accepted the refund process, and you got your payment. We never got your returned package. We can not find your order or email by searching your name through our website and emails. As per your questions: 1. We scam you what? We have 7 Days Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the doll to us within 7 days after delivery if the doll is unused and in good condition. We send you the return shipping label, which means we pay the return shipping fee. There is no cost for you/customers. After we receive and check the returned doll, we will fully refund your payment. Please check out the 7 Days Free Return Policy. 2. As for the review photos, Could you point out which photos are from which sites? So customers/visitors can judge by themself.
