The shot glasses came as promised, though a couple days later than I was expecting. I did not get some communications, but when I inquired, they always answered and even gave me a phone call update, which I very much appreciated. I did not get any delivery tracking information, but just when I was about to contact them again, my order arrived.

Only received part of my order. I am missing 18/55 boxes. Customer service responded by refunding all of the boxes which was very kind. I will now have to use gift bags for my remaining favors. The wine glasses are very cute and just as I had hoped. Despite this hiccup I would order from them again because the customer service was so nice.

I ordered shot glasses for an event I'm hosting and they look great. The image is better than I expected. I had an issue with my order which is why I'm removing a star. They fixed it right away which was nice but not perfect. I will be ordering again for other events.

We ordered stemless glasses for Prom favors. They were reasonably priced and came quickly. My only issue is the font and the design was smaller than expected. They looked good and the quality was good, just smaller imprinting than I thought it would be.

We are glad you are happy with your order. Print on glassware was based on proof approved. We noticed our website product image has bigger print. We are printing bigger now to avoid this misunderstanding.
