After purchasing an 8x14 canopy shed/pole tent from BestOutdoor, I had some questions & was very pleased to receive such excellent communication & customer service from Amanda regarding my order! This seems so rare these days, it really stood out to me. She followed through with me so promptly throughout the whole process, the canopy set up went very smoothly (with 2 people no ladder was even required) and the structure seems quite sturdy and as promised. I purchased a stand up tool chest. I purchased the wrong one to begin with but within an hour I was refunded. The customer service was excellent! The correct toolchest came in 3 days of purchase. 2 days earlier than promised. It was very high quality, easy to assemble and had ALL the hardware! I am so pleased with this company and would definitively recommend to family and friends.

There was some confusion about the order but the representative was very responsive to my queries. I appreciated being kept up to date on my order, which arrived right outside my condo door, as promised.

I had a very poor experience. It took 5 emails to finally get the return mailer and then they charged a return shipping fee of $23 on a $52 item,, Add insult to injury, it was defective as the screws didn't work but wanted to pay me $5 to keep it or charge me $23 to return something I didn't want. I would not deal with them again.

Website was very easy to use and coupons plus free shipping made it a no-brainer to choose this company for my purchase.
