Best Online CabinetsReviews of bestonlinecabinets.com

Very good people, I’ve purchased a few tiniest from them. It been shipped across the country and the stuff is big so I’ve experienced a little damage. But they have always been great about replacing the damaged items.

No follow up after purchase

Good, reliable products. Easy to assemble. Facility is a bit hard to navigate when picking up products live, but people pointed me in the right direction.

Base and wall cabinets were easy to assemble, and any questions we had about where hardware went were answered in the videos provided online.

The design and ordering process went smoothly and all my questions were answered quickly. Cabinets were not difficult to assemble. Directions were terrible and on line directions were somewhat better. A couple cabinets arrived missing hardware. One email and two days later I had the missing hardware delivered. The trash / recycle container mechanism did not fit the 18" base cabinet so I had to build a platform to lift the containers high enough to clear the hinges. All things considered, these are good looking and sturdy cabinets. A very good value. If you are handy with tools, I recommend BOC.

Do not try to follow directions that are enclosed in the packages! Use YouTube from best. The assembly will go fine there were a few flaws in the box construction on some of the units but it was nothing that couldn't be repaid On the spot cabinet. doors and frames are beautiful my kitchen looks great. The cabinet people were very helpful any answered any of my questions promptly

So I jus started flipping houses and bought my first set of cabinets from BOC as I want to see who have the best overall product cost and service. I chose to put glass doors on an upper cabinet and by my mistake I picked the wrong door. They called me guessing what I did wrong and made th change over th phone. The stuff shipped as stated, however the shipping as a little hard on the packing and I had some damage on several, pieces. I took photos and once again they got right on it and set me replacements. I was happy with the quality for the most part. I ordered espresso shaker cabinets and the finish was a little lighter than I had a truly hoped for, didn't order sample door probably should have. Nice wood construction, I wish the sink cabinet had a full back but I added one with no issue. Just got a competitors stuff mostly the same issues, but the people at BOC seem to be more on top of the issues, which is nice when dealing with online purchases of this type of product.

The cabinets could be a little better when it comes to assembly but price and promptness of service is excellent. These people will talk to you, listen, and respond.
