Good product

I’d give the cabinets 5 stars, but had to deduct a star for the horrible design I received. Luckily I already knew what I wanted, so it wasn’t a problem. I was so nervous ordering cabinets online, but am now so happy I did. I ordered from one of their cheapest lines, Monrovia Sunset Birch, and was pleasantly surprised with their quality. They didn’t come with instructions, but I was able to put them together myself. Will definitely order from this company again!

We purchased the RTA cabinets in Icy White Shaker and Fresno Grey Shaker we love them they are made with good material. They did have a few scratches on the paint but I figured I can get smokes to do touch ups. They were delivered very quick and the design team did what I requested. I would recommend BOC.

Cabinets of good quality, instructions very poor. Customer support is above average.

Excellent quality -cabinets base is solid wood and heavy,with a beautiful finish on the Cocoa Milan. Had issue with wrong doors and no edging on an end panel. Customer service was outstanding, quickly accommodating the necessary replacements. However would recommend against RTA on the Euro line. Poor instructions, also not standard drawers. Only 20” deep, not 24”. Overall love the new look.

Had some damage in shipping but it will be hidden so I didn’t worry about exchanging. Would have been nice to have pre drilled holes in the drawer faces. It took extra time to assemble to make sure they were properly aligned. Overall happy with the cabinets. I added additional nails to strengthen them.

We were able to match our cabinets, get the size we needed and price was right! The only issue is we were short some of the hardware, we didnt want to wait, so we went to the hardware store.

I bought birch Shaker cabinets in painted white and they were painted almost perfectly. However, a couple of cabinets and drawer slides were damaged upon arrival but their service team fixed everything right away. All I had to do was take pictures to send to them and the replacements arrived undamaged. However, one wall corner face frame cracked again once it was tightened up but luckily the cracks were in inconspicuous places that time so I was able to use the cabinet anyway and I feel that is a reflection of the thinness of the frame, not the company's quality. Everything went together easily for the most part but it is definitely harder and much slower than one is led to believe. Again, I think that would happen with any company though. The only reason I didn't give this company a 5 star rating is because their directions stink! No verbal directions whatsoever, just tiny drawings. So I had to email them several times with questions but they were fairly timely with their responses. I also called them which turned out to be better than emailing and I could understand their instructions much better that way. Even their videos didn't help as much as the phone calls. So it took me 28 hours of actual work to assemble 14 cabinets but that was doing the doors and drawers and everything. And it took me so long because the cabinet frames do not have any predrilled pilot holes for the door hinges nor do the drawer faces have any pilot holes so I had to do a lot of time-consuming measuring to get them in exactly the right spots. I think I could have cut my assembly time by seven hours if all of those pilot holes had been predrilled since it took me about 30 minutes per cabinet to measure and drill all those pilot holes. That was also the other big disappointment since all the panels and frames and shelves all had predrilled holes which made putting everything together very fast. All in all though, I think they have fantastic quality (everything fit like a glove), and excellent pricing, they just need much better instructions. I will definitely buy from them again in the future on my next remodel.
