Hi Nathan, Thank you for the feedback. Your order was placed on November 5th and we review every order to make sure our customers have everything they will need to help them save on shipping in case items need to be ordered at a later date. We noticed you did not have any toe kick panels and reached out to you the same day the order was placed notifying you about the toe kick panels. We did not receive a response and followed up again on November 13th and did not hear from you until December 26th. Your order was never lost. We offer both ready to assemble and pre-assembled cabinets, and on our website it will show which type of cabinet you are viewing as well as each individual product will have the product name followed by "RTA" or "- Assembled." Your order confirmation will further show which type of cabinets were ordered. Apologies for any confusion with the ordering process, we will try to make our website more clear and easy to use. The cabinet back panel for our Georgia Honey Shaker line is a picture frame plywood panel and the entire panel is made from plywood. Our cabinets do not come with a top plate for attaching countertop and it is not stated and normally not expected. This specific cabinet line uses cam lock and screws which is a very sturdy construction. Although glue can be used for additional support, it is normally not needed.

Hi Isaac, Thank you for the feedback. The shipping carrier unfortunately suffered a security breach which brought their website and customer portals down. Their customer service was unreachable, and neither we nor our shipping broker were able to receive updates regarding your shipment until their system was restored a week later which you were informed about. Since a chargeback was initiated, we had to recall the shipment, have it returned, and issued a full refund. We sincerely apologize for any issues and inconvenience this caused.

We appreciate the feedback and always welcome comments from our customers as we are always trying to improve and make the online cabinet purchase the best we can for our customers. Though we would all our customers receive undamaged cabinets, this is virtually impossible because most orders always succumb to some shipping damage. The reason being, we use these shipping companies we have virtually no control over them or how they transport or handle the shipments. They are not a part of our company and the reason why we don’t suggest our customers refuse shipments is that replacement of an entire order will take much longer as we need to collect the refused shipment prior. Generally, we replace an entire order if it’s completely destroyed as we wouldn’t want you to go through that process but we have to follow the procedure which is dictated by these shipping companies so that they can cover for their faults. But if this procedure isn’t followed then shipping companies relinquish the responsibility of any and all issues. It is untrue to contend that other cabinet companies have the same cabinets at better prices as that is untrue. Comparing our cabinets to the cheaper cabinets from other companies with cheaper quality is dishonest. If you can find any cabinet company that has our same solid wood cabinet box starting from 1/2” solid plywood with soft closing 6 point hinges and drawer glides and dovetails solid wood drawer boxes then the comparison would be fair.

Hi Anita, Thank you for the feedback. We understand the frustration that stems from poor assembly instructions that come with the cabinets which is why the shipping email we send out recommends using our more helpful step by step pictorial and video instructions found on our website under the support/assembly instructions tab. All the trash bins that come with our trash basket cabinets are plastic. We are not familiar with the bins being made from another material and apologize it did not meet your expectation.

Thank you for the feedback. We will always try to accommodate our customer’s situations and time sensitivity. We apologize the incorrect glass was shipped. The glass doors’ default is clear glass and needs to be swapped out for the frosted; a step missed by the warehouse. Our warehouse will do their best to package and protect the items, but once it leaves our warehouse, we have no control of how it is handled. It is disheartening to hear you are unsatisfied with our customer service as that is one of our company’s top priorities. When an angry customer calls in yelling, our reps listen to understand the situation, apologize as we are genuinely sorry an issue occurred and want to resolve it, and act to resolve it as quickly as possible. If there is additional feedback on how to deal with an upset customer, please provide it and we will listen willingly and improve.

Thank you for the feedback. It is always disheartening when receiving a negative review, but it helps us improve. Your order was placed on December 18 and was shipped out on the December 28. We normally have a 2-3 business day processing time for ready to assemble orders barring no out of stock items but did have a site wide notice between the end of November 2018 through early January 2019 that we are in our busiest season and orders will take longer than normal to ship out due to the high volume of orders received during this time. Once shipped, the shipping companies have their own transit time, which we have no control over. Usually the transit times are accurate but due to unforeseen circumstances, it can be delayed. From the tracking information, the shipment was delayed 8 days due to severe weather conditions which does happen when shipping to the Northeastern states in the winter. Customer service is our top priority. Anthony as well as any of our support reps are always happy and ready to assist. Unfortunately, we do not see any communication from you regarding the issues mentioned. Once again, we do appreciate your feedback. We will take steps to improve and tackle every issue to minimize the issues for our customers.
