I ordered the RTA Fresno Grey cabinets for a new install. Communication of order processing was good and the cabinets were delivered in seven (7) working days. The boxes were damaged during shipping but the cabinets were not. No replacements or returns were needed. The instructions for assembly are very bad, hard to follow and incomplete particularly with the lazy susan. We had to buy most of the hardware because what was provided was inadequate. The average homeowner with basic tools would not be able to assemble the cabinets. Upon opening a cabinet box, you will discover at least six (6) different lengths and types of screws with no identification. It is a complete guessing game as to where or how the screws are to be used. Assembly requires advance building knowledge and techniques with trade tools for correct installation and long lasting endurance. We did speak with customer service who was knowledgeable, prompt, helpful and courteous. Once assembled, the cabinets, along with the pulls and handles purchased through the website, are wonderful and would recommend this site for cabinets with caution regarding the assembly. The assembled cabinets deserve a 5 rating but the instructions and assembly process was so difficult and terrible the overall process should be rated a 2.

Update 5/25/2021 The team at BOC got back to me after a lengthy wait and sent another drawer and a set of trash cans at their expense to compensate for my missing cans. It took quite a bit longer than my original quote, but they made things right in the end. Original review: The cabinets showed up on time, however one of the cabinets houses two pull out trash cans. I was quoted a month for the trash cans to be shipped as they were out of stock. Three months later I’m being told there’s still no ETA and have been offered a refund of $31. The problem is that the cans are a special size that isn’t available elsewhere. The cabinet hasn’t been usable for three months with no estimate as to when the cans will send and no options to rectify the situation.

Beautiful Cabinets/ Great Customer Service The cabinets are quite beautiful and generally well built. For someone that is not familiar with drawer hardware and roll out tray hardware the assembly of the drawer tracks and rollout tracks and placement may be overwhelming. The reason for docking one star is 1) the lack of quality instructions within the packaging. 2) packaging leaves a lot to be desired and damage resulted to some pieces because of poor packaging. Customer service is exceptional. All parts damaged were replaced promptly. Be sure to take plenty of pictures of the order upon arrival as recommended. Good documentation will be the key to getting replacements. Examine all components for hidden damage, particularly doors as they don't have enough padding for corners to avoid damage in some cases.

cabinets were just what i expected and easy to assemble and install. The only problem I had was the slow shipping of my order. The sales person sent me a E-mail explaining the delay and offered me an 10% discount off my entire order if I still wanted to wait. I told him that would be fine. The cabinets are up and look great but I still have not received the 10% refund as offered.

Quality was great, build was good even though one of the door screws stripped the wood... thankfully hubs is handy and fixed that and instructions are not thorough- forgot to include a step prior to finishing the build. Definitely love my new vanity in long run.

Great value and quality! Directions poorly written or nonexistent. But with that I would purchase from them again. Very good Customer service.
