Could have been better. The bad. Freight company took too long to deliver (15 days). NO help from seller. Drawer fronts were to be predrilled and they were only marked with pencil. Full drawer base cabinets had a lower drawer that was different from middle drawer and also was not marked. The good. Cabinets look good. Price was good. Company shipped fairly fast. Would I do business with them again? Sure, biggest problem was not even their fault.

I was sent a request for info first week of February for a order I was expecting. When I called to say where are my cabinets the last week of March, I was told I never responded to the February email. I told the representative could a follow up email be sent or a phone call to request the information as I had already paid my credit card for the cabinets. I think with a pending paid order, more follow up could be made. Thc

We are currently in the process of upgrading our system to make it a requirement when ordering pre-assembled cabinets to have the hinge information specified by the customer. An email requesting the hinge information a day after your order was placed was sent to you, and we did not receive a response until two months later. Our main form of communication is via email so there is a written trail which any of our support staff can access in order to better understand the situation and assist. We understand not everyone is able to check their email daily, which is why our system is being upgraded to simplify and expedite the ordering process. We do appreciate your criticism and understand your situation completely and we always try to improve as much as possible.

Althou the price was good. Packaging for shipping was not. It arrived as a pile, the customer was not impressed. Then the backordered cabinet arrived, they failed to ship half the product. In short my client demanded a discount, A good price cost me, in sales dollars an reputation.

The finish quality on all of the parts was very good. The only fit problems were with with the drawer dovetails for the vanity cabinet - they were to tight. Hard hammering with a protective block of wood could not get the doveltails fully seated - in fact the edges of the dovetails started to split and I stopped with the dovetails about 2mm to 3mm proud. The drawers do open and close correctly. The dovetails of the three drawer cabinet went together easly. The cabinet constuction would have been easier with instructions - the online instructions did NOT match the cabinets I received.

I think that they have a good product. When it comes to shipping, assembly, modifications to cabinet boxes make the sale is another story. The the beauty of the project is it should be ready to ship. But the lead times get long, packing to protect from shipping damage is not done properly. So by the time you go back and forth to get what you need figure an extra two weeks added to your project. Plus your time to deal wiith it. They’re just not on their game and i’m not sure they get it.

Still waiting to get my cabinets. BOC said that the manufacturing would take about 3-5 days. It took 2 weeks. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday, but so far no delivery (possibly not until tomorrow). Overall, it will take about 4 weeks from order to delivery. I chose BOC because they were supposed to take about 2 weeks. The competition was going to take 4-6 weeks, so as of right now, (given that it has taken BOC 4 weeks to delivery), their edge is gone.

fit and finish was very poor. So much had to be repaired. ends of panels marred and chipped. dont think i will order again. my customer was very displeased.

Cabinets and doors were of good quality. Hinge trim pieces were of low quality. Color coat could be better, not good at all for hand prints. Seller supplied end panels could use a lot of work, not cut to correct cabinet size, required trimming. Several of the end panels were warped / bowed making installation more difficult. We would buy again, just not the white shaker cabinets.
