Easy to book and good service. We were charged more because we were 'over-weight' and were told we'd have to wear special seat belts and sit in special seats but when it came time to get in the helicopter, were put in the same helicopter as slimmer average folks? This felt opporunitistic way for company to get more money. Then the flight was already very expensive and they wanted $30 more dollars for a picture near the helicopter....what would have made this better was if they provided the picture free/complientry as a thank you for the business and explained the 'over-weight' surcharge better and then actually do the extra things they say they had to in order to fly 'over-weight' folks around. The flight and what we saw was amazing and the office gals and pilot were nice and polite, but the money part was irritating.
