Gave wrong information about the excursion, and we found out when we got there after we paid and planned our vacation around the one excursion. Then before we knew that, we had booked a luau with this company to find out it was cancelled due to weather (which is of course out of their control) but it took 2.5 months for us to be reimbursed. Overall, terrible service. Bad customer service representitives. And made this part of the trip very stressful to say the least.

Unacceptable. I can't believe they are still in business. I bought a luau package from them. I paid an extra 36 dollars from transportation to the luau (20 miles away) They confirmed a pickup from our hotel. They did not come. I called. The lady on the phone said to call a lyft/uber to take us to the luau and they will reimburse. They did not. Called and called. No refund. For the Lyft or the original transportation cost. Total they stole over $120 from me. No apologies from them. Nothing. They do not deserve one star.
