Very helpful agent, "Eddie" got all I wanted. Thanks mister.

I thought I booked the premium package. The proprietiers stepped up to the plate and covered for me. Thank you north shore beach bus. Great tour

We were not aware we were using Bestof Hawaii as we did a Google search for PCC tickets, however it worked well and we got our tickets.

Pretty good but a little desperate for more bookings. --Hurry up and buy!!!!!!!!!

Very well executed transaction . Received a discount which made it a little less than other sites. We did get a courtesy call to see if we had any other bookings they could help with. I would use them again

The tour was awesome! Our tour guide was witty and incredibly knowledgeable. The only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 was we were told when we made reservations that there would be snorkeling and there wasn't. But overall a good tour.

Good site to deal with

Found the agent very helpful, great prices. There was a no-hesitation offer of further assistance and discussion about plans and suggestions provided for other experiences. The thing that stopped me rating 5 was that once I said we had a number of things already planned and I would contact again in need, I then received more calls/emails asking whether I wanted further assistance. Went that one step too far on being helpful
