Was not told there were two hotels with the name Aston wakiki, missed bus missed boat cruise

Horrible experience! Gave me the wrong floor to pick up my car! Spent almost an hour trying to find it and missed the first part of our excursion

We were told they would pick us up across from our ship. Turns out it’s a 1/2 hour walk!and they won’t wait.

Me and a group of my friend booked zip line and atv and did not know that we were going to be placed on time slots. We were the first ones to check in and yet our group was slpit up. It was terrible that we were there for vacation and could not enjoy each other company.

Do not use this company.

They never provided the tickets for the event I paid for and then refuse to return the money!!😡😡

Very rude driver and not knowledgable seemed amused that it was very wet and windy. Nasty manor with certain tourists, us being one set of people. He did not pick up at the correct place therefore we nearly missed the trip. The next driver gave us a lift to chase his coach only to be told to watch OUR time for the rest of the day. Very disappointed ☹️

I made a booking by mistake and wanted to cancel it because I already had a same booking with the helicopter company directly. But, the person talked to me never listen what i'm saying and only repeat what she said to me again and again. Finally she got the commission by not canceling my booking and I had to pay more expensive cost for same experience. I sincerely recommend other people to make booking directly to the attraction and not use this kind of broker company otherwise you will only pay more for same thing.
