The tour was good but the waiting for the transfer was terrible.

Had a good tour with these people and their organisation was excellent. Also, were very good with keeping in touch with us.

It was an enjoyable afternoon. Don't know much about the tides, but the water seemed low when we were there, and we could barely swim over some parts of the coral without scraping our tummies. Might have been good to have a different time of day suggested when we booked. One snorkel mask worked fine, the other seemed to not be as high quality (kids mask?). Saw lots of fish, despite the large crowd of people there. All in all, the excursion was fine. We were glad we went.

Made the wrong booking and the guys fixed it up in 24hrs - top work!

Pick up shuttle was 45 minutes late.

Booked a luau on the website but then was immediately called by Best of Hawaii to say that the luau was not available and they helped to book me in another one. Were very responsive and friendly. No issue with Best of Hawaii but the second luau where we were booked was not that great.

Enjoyed the flight very much! Our pilot (can’t remember her name) did a magnificent job of both flying the aircraft and being a fun tour guide. What a great way to see the island from an incredible perspective! Only 1 suggestion: we felt the passenger safety briefing was thorough but it was given too quickly. We felt we would have better understood the safety procedures and equipment if the briefing would have been slowed down. There was plenty of time as we waited at least 20 minutes after the briefing before going to the helicopter. As I said, otherwise a super experience.
