I didn't enjoy the snorkeling experience

Very very very slow when refunding via your Credit-card. This is on a booking where they had to cancel due to their over booking. Had to phone 6 times to get some action. Not impressed....

Waste of money and time 😤 sooo disappointing, they said to be there at 4:15 pm and then they had us waiting in the sun until 4:45, then “let to free roam” between shopping carts where the “cove card” is not accepted 🙄 ... we spent pretty much of our time sitting at our table “waiting” and sweating for the show to start....

Promised a refund and it’s been over 15days and no refund has been made to my card.

When I made my reservation I communicated VERY CLEARLY a specific request that was needed and called 2 times after booking to make sure the request was confirmed (booking 2 vehicles for the Raptor tour). I was told both times that it was. When we arrived at the ranch for the tour they did not have us down for 2 vehicles and told us that quite often his miscommunication happens from the company calling them to reserve the services with them.

Terrible customer service, wasted my money with them

We got nothing that was ordered and are still being billed.This is a poorly run business will not deal with them again

Best of Hawaii is the pits in our opinion! I only wish I could give them no stars.
