Our pilot was very good and informative. However a little disappointed that you only see one waterfall and crater. They advertise it as if you will see multiple.

We booked online for helicopter ride over lava and volcano near Hilo on Hawai'i Communication was excellent and the experience was fun would recommended

Great trip around the island , Ernie very knowledgeable and funny. Would have liked a beer here and there. Not big fan pineapples!

Helpful but did not get confirmation in a timely manner.

Only reason why I didn’t give a 5 is I emailed my rep who previously assisted me but never received a response back.

Best of Hawaii was able to get us the tour we wanted for the most part, but our party had to split up to 2 different locations (20 minutes away) from each other. The good part of booking with them was that they were easily available by phone. The only drawback was that we had to show them our reservation email once we got there. It was an additional step and I don't know what would have happened if I didn't have a copy of the email on my phone.

The show at the Paradise Cove was beautiful and entertaining. Food was okay. The grounds were okay as well with a nice of the ocean.

Me and the wife had a great time. Got to see spinner dolphins, turtles and the special part was a pod of Pilot whales. The team was great, the whole thing felt safe and well done.
