Boat and staff were great. Food n drinks were good. But the snorkeling was very disappointing. Too windy to stop at Molokini so we ended up going near Lahina. Cloudy water with hardly any fish. Kind of a bummer. Kids had more fun just jumping off the boat.

Really friendly and helpful service. However, we could have been warned about the tour we booked. We also felt our complaint regarding the company was not taken seriously. For $150 Things I liked: Transportation to and from Waikiki. Loved our driver Michael. Friendly and helpful Staff Plenty of space on boat and loved the fast pantoon boat. Wonderful food Easy access to water. Easy to get out of boat. Things I didn't like: Not enough snorkeling time. Little fish in 2nd location. No staff helping in water 2nd snorkel Only three of us snorkeled in second location Was told when I booked that alot of time would be spent seeing and trying to swim with dolphins. Didn't happen. The ladder was difficult to climb into the boat.

The website had inaccurate information. The only address given for us to board our cruise was incorrect, and almost caused us to be late. The menu listed was also incorrect, but may have been the fault of the cruise line. When I called customer service, the man was very professional and willing to stay on the phone with me to help find it.

Customer service was good but we had a bad experience with the car rental paid thru this company. According to the agent the car rented was going to be at the marina with the key waiting for us to pick it up, when we got to the marina parking lot there was no one to ask for the car the car was not in the location that we were told then I called to ask them they told me that i had the wrong location , gave us another location and the car was not in that location either. Why would the car be parked in a parking lot with the key by the front tire. We left the parking lot without the car and lost half of the morning trying to locate the car
