We booked a family cruise in Hawaii…
We booked a family cruise in Hawaii through best of Hawaii. They did not screen us properly so we had to cancel, and they never issued our $1,800 refund. Buyers beware. Response: if you read the response below calling US “negligent” for having to know that someone with a pacemaker could not go on a dinner cruise? That says it all. Pathetic. By the way it took 6 weeks before I had to dispute my credit card after they told me it would take 10-14 days for my refund. Don’t make me post the texts with your employee’s apologies...

Dear stephanie, First of all, you and your family booked 3 activities with us. Both the Zipline and paddle and hike which you never mentioned you or your family had any issues with. Regarding your cruise with Holo Holo Charters - Kauai: Napali Sunset Dinner Sail, it's was you who forgot to mention one of your family members had a pacemaker while booking the tour with us. Once we learned this fact (which was caught by the suppliers when they called you to verify) both us and Hilo Holo worked xtremly hard to fill your 11 seats and allow a refund, which you disputed prior to us able to issue back to you. Saying we failed to screen you is completely bogus, this is the only activity that have any restrictions in regards to pacemakers and it's your responsibility to mention and read the txt on the website. Giving us a buyer beware is also unfair, as it's like giving amazon a buyer beware when you failed to read the product description. Last but not least, you forgot to mention you got discounts for all your tours from us and we're happy with our services. Please adjust your review, as we can just as easily post a seller beware online as well. We are all human, but judging us based on your neglegance is unfair, uncool, and untrue. Thank you and have a nice day
