I thought I was calling Koaloa Ranch, instead of Best of Hawaii. When talking with the booking agent Abraham he was polite and got me booked for the events I wanted to do with only 48 hours left on the island before flying home. Booked July 18, 2019 1 x Kualoa Ranch - Premier Movie Sites Tour // Friday, July 19, 2019 8:45 AM 1 x CLIMB Works Keana Farms - Zipline Farm Tour // Friday, July 19, 2019 2:00 PM I would have rated 5 stars the reason I rated 4 stars was a 20 dollars discount.Order Number R8BA9SN Created on: Jul 18, 2019 Order Total for 2 items $345.54 I also talk with Adin, that works for Best of Hawaii. I would highly recommend using this service. They can make arrangements for You on any of the islands. If you have issues let them know they are excellent in resolving issues and customer service is there main priority. MAHALO to Best of Hawaii

We had such a great time on our dinner cruise. The next time I will pay extra for the different buffet to try it out. The view of Waikiki was beautiful and there's no other way to get that view except from a boat on the water. Also, I loved that Carlos followed up with me to confirm the reservation. It was nice to work with a live person.

First class service all the way. From the reminders and easy going customer service.

Staff is very professional, excellent cust. service. Really happy I chose them!!!!

managed to book horseback riding when there was no openings the day before at the ranch. Good time had by all

The tour was honestly so amazing!!! Bill was our guide and he made the experience well worth it. If you’ve never been to Oahu like me, this is a must tour!!

I enjoyed working with Adin. He was responsive to our requests and managed to accommodate our organization after an additional 40+ individuals signed up for the cruise at the 'last-minute'. Beverly J. Anderson

We booked a snorkel with turtles catamaran tour online while in Hawaii and received confirmation the next day. We really enjoyed out tour. It was perfect for us and just the right amount of time - 2 hours. Short and sweet! We saw anywhere from 10-12 turtles.
