Great trip to the Napoli coast. The staff of Holoholo charters did an excellent job of everything, from piloting the boat to talking with each guest to advice on seasickness. Unfortunately there were 4 boats in the same location at the same time, so you can up sell single boat tours. They should have included advise on caring for our oceans, wildlife & reefs. As it was, some who were snorkeling were swimming down to pull on the coral.

I used Best of Hawaii to purchase a tour with Kualoa Ranch. The Transportation was as described and the tour was the 2 hour UTV tour which was a lot of fun. I wanted to find something my husband enjoyed as much as I would and he had a great time driving the UTV, even though we were in a line for the tour. I also purchased the buffet lunch but I would not recommend this to others. The food was ok, but for the price you could get a cooked to order meal from their cafeteria which looked much better. Thank you Best of Hawaii for organizing this tour for a fun day with my husband on our honeymoon.

I purchased the Zip n Dip package! It was a great experience for our party of 5! Creating memories with the best people in your life is truly amazing! Mahalo nui loa Bestof-Hawaii!

The trail ride I went on was fantastic. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I had to change my reservation and in order to do so I had to call 3 times until I got someone who helped me. I felt like I was getting a run around.

The tour started well. On time and everything promised was delivered. Until we left the airport in Maui for our hotel. We were greeted on time and loaded into a nice cool bus. The team consisted of a driver and a greeter. We drove around for awhile seeing the same way points a couple of times. Then the bus stopped and our hotel was called. We were pointed to walk in a direction for two blocks and were told it was a short walk. Those directions took us to a service drive no where near our hotel. As a matter of fact our hotel was 15 minutes by foot away We loaded directions in our phone and hiked it to our hotel. We are capable to do so even after aong day. Had we been any older we would have had to call Uber or a taxi. Didn't ruin the day completely. But I won't return

Glad i booked with bestof-hawaii. Had one bad experience with a private surf lesson on my birthday and give them my concerns and was taken care of. Would've been a lost caused. They saved my vocation experience in Hawaii! Thanks you!! Book again next time!
