The tour seemed a little overpriced and it was very hard to find out info. Also some if the info was incorrect.

We were on a cruise that had an overnight port in Lahaina. When a call from Honolulu confirmed prior to my cruise, I was told that there was no pickup at the Lahaina cruiseport, but that I could be picked up at Safeway about 10-15 minutes away by car. So I took a taxi to Safeway for $10. The trip to Haleakala to view sunset was only fair because of the clouds, which could not be helped. What was surprising was that there was a pickup and drop off very near the port, less than 5 blocks away. We were dropped off at the port after the trip. I was disappointed that the pickup was at Safeway instead of the nearby hotel where another couple was picked up! The driver was informative, warm and friendly. He also told us we could have been picked up at the port.

I had a bit of trouble trying to reach someone to actually book tours and then I had to cancel one and again couldn’t reach anyone, and I just didn’t feel like there was any kind of service. The tours we did do were great tours but I wouldn’t recommend booking through best of Hawaii. Sorry guys for just very poor service.

Agent Ana didn't repeat the final amount timely and overcharge me one more youth. I have eight adults 4 youth above 4 and one two years old. She charged me 8 adults and 5 youth. I kept asking her to give me the estimation ASAP. Finally By the time I received the confirmation, she simply said too late. This is not the way to do business. I seriously would consider best of Hawaii next time. Definitely will share this in my community!

We paid $308 for 4 of us to parasail and we were only in the air for 3 minutes and the boat stayed in one area. It was a great experience but paid way to much for the time we were in the air. We waited on the boats for over 2 hours. It was a long wait and wasted a whole day!

Perfect time spent at Pearl Harbor and the Byodo temple. I wish we had more time at the Dole Plantation though, it would have been great to walk through the maze. The bus drivers (there were 3 different drivers) were all great. Overall it was worth the price.

While the helicopter ride was informative and enjoyable, we had to struggle to get the window seats we had paid for. When we started loading, they had no record that we had paid an additional$50 per seat. Fortunately, I had brought the receipt, but it should not come to the point where I had to prove what I had paid for. Their disaster was averted, but only though my actions.

We experienced the same communication issues as the other users. The good thing is that they were fast to correct their booking mistakes and they don't let you struggle with the mess they've created. We booked the circle of fire+the water falls, we should have sticked with the circle of fire only.
