They stuffed me up with bookings, where I was standing on a bus stop waiting to get picked up to go on a tour and the bus never came, I rang the to find out what happened and they had put me down for the wrong day. Also had booking to go on dinner cruise I was about 1 minute late and they left without me. I caught a cab to the dock and the boat had already left so I had to pay the taxi to come back as well. they did reorganise these tours for me again and I eventually went on the tours but that stop me from doing 2 other items I wanted to do. Also I hired a car through them and the next day it wouldn't start the place where I was staying helped me get it started and I drove it back to where I picked it up from and asked them for another car which they did not have. So I had to walked all the way back to where I was staying fuming. Mind you that was only in Wykiki. I won't go into any more because I had problems when I went to Maui as well.

We booked two excursions and a rental car during Christmas and New Years 2018. The excursions were amazing and seamless however the rental car was a complete nightmare and disappointment!! The car requested was not fulfilled which we discovered at the pick up location, then the keys were no where to be found in the car that was available. The car was a piece of junk and filthy dirty. After numerous phone calls and a wasted 4 hours of precious time on our vacation we lucked out found a car through a reputable agency but for $450 more! Communication and accountability was lacking from management and the owners but the booking agents were compassionate and did the best they could to help attempt solve the issue. Our money was eventually refunded but it was a needless stress during a dream vacation.
