i started working with Best Name Badges at the beginning of the year. Mainly because I was tired of the companies I was using on the Island and the cost was so much. There aren't many businesses to choose from and the ones I've used lacked so much. It's challenging when you're limited to less than dozen companies. From the very beginning I was extremely impressed with their attention to my needs and how quickly their responses were to me. Clear across the United States...from one coast (Hawaii) to the other (Florida).....it wasn't a problem. The representative I worked with (Andrienne Martin) made it so easy and seamless for me. I felt I was working with someone right in my office. I've done several orders with Andrienne through out the year and she remembers me every time. I'm so happy with their service and their products. I've ordered business cards and some marketing items for our small company. Prices are a third of the prices I pay on Oahu. They're reasonable, affordable and shipping was/is quick. Great Customer Service. Worked specifically with Andrienne who worked with me patiently while I changed our proof, quantity, etc of our order multiple times. Appreciate having a direct point of contact going forward. This is how all companies should work - not calling a 1-800 number to be guided through a million automations.
